This workshop is designed to provide participants with principles, process knowledge and recent advances on aircraft maintenance program development and reliability analysis and monitoring techniques, to support safe, airworthy, reliable, and cost-effective air carrier operations.
Participants will learn the essential principles of maintenance engineering, asset management, reliability analysis, Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM), MSG-3 methodology, and the related regulatory requirements. The course also introduces engine condition trend monitoring as key tools for detecting deterioration and supporting predictive maintenance decisions. In addition, the workshop explains the structure of an effective airline reliability organization and outlines the implementation framework required to manage data flows, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure that reliability findings are translated into actionable maintenance decisions.
The workshop further explores opportunities created by digital transformation, predictive analytics, and AI, and highlights how reliability practices contribute to sustainability, lifecycle extension, and more responsible resource use.
