In addition to contribution to CSR initiatives, sponsors will receive a bouquet of promotional opportunities provided by the conference organizing body. We offer a range of sponsorship packages to suit different levels of engagement.
Platinum

Contributor
250 KWD- Exclusive sponsorship of one day’s refreshment break.
- Your organisation’s logo will be included in the program and prominently displayed at refreshment stations on the day of the sponsorship (includes morning and afternoon refreshments, and lunch).
- Opportunity to place promotional items on the catering stations (material provided by sponsor).
Additional Information
- There are a limited number of sponsorship invitations.
- Paid sponsors will be responsible for providing and setting up their own promotional materials.
- Placement of banners and promotional materials will be restricted to the space allocated by the conference organisers.
- Set-up will take place at the conference venue on February 03, 2026, from 09:00AM to 04:00PM.
- Removal of banners and promotional material must be done on February 05, 2026, from 5:00PM to 9:00PM.
- Catering will be available during the event.
- Wi-Fi will be provided during the event.
- We request your Logo (all participants).
- We request a brief description of your Company (paid sponsors).
